Tucked In

Terms of Use

Effective September 28, 2026 · DosSantos Systems LLC

These terms cover the Tucked In app, Tucked In Plus, Sitter Mode, and the sitter pages at tuckedin.cloud (together, "Tucked In"). By using Tucked In you agree to them.

In an emergency, call 911 first. Tucked In helps you share information and sends alerts, but alerts can be delayed or fail, and Tucked In is not an emergency service.

1. Who we are, and the other terms that apply

Tucked In is made by DosSantos Systems LLC, 488 Pleasant St, Unit 1A, New Bedford, MA 02740, United States ("we", "us"). Our company terms apply to everything we publish, including Tucked In. These terms add to them for Tucked In, and where the two differ about Tucked In, these terms govern. How we handle information is in the Privacy Policy.

2. What Tucked In is, and what it is not

Tucked In helps parents and pet owners give a sitter the information they need for a visit and follow the visit as it happens. It is a tool for sharing information.

3. Who can use it

To create a household or share a visit, you must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian, or someone responsible for the children, pets, or home involved. Sitters must be at least 13, and a sitter under 18 should have a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for what happens on your devices and for keeping them secure.

A sitter link works like a key. Anyone who has it can open the visit while it is open, so share it only with your sitter. You decide what each visit includes, including door codes and other sensitive details, and you can end a link at any time. Sitters agree to use what they see only to care for the family during the visit, not to copy or share codes or personal details, and to stop using a link once the visit is over.

5. Free features and Tucked In Plus

The library, planning visits, and printing are free. Features that need our server, such as live sitter links, check-offs, messages and photos, the Live Activity, notifications, co-parent sync, and visit history, are part of Tucked In Plus.

6. Your content, and what is not allowed

What you and your sitters put into Tucked In, such as notes, messages, and photos, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, and deliver it to the people you share it with, only to run Tucked In. You confirm you have the right to share it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Do not use Tucked In to:

Report objectionable content or abusive users through our support form. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and end access for anyone responsible. You can also stop contact yourself at any time: parents can end a sitter's link and stop sharing with them, and sitters can stop using a link or Sitter Mode.

7. Apple

If you got Tucked In from the App Store, Apple's standard license applies, together with these terms. This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tucked In or its support, and has no warranty obligation beyond refunding the purchase price if Tucked In fails to meet an applicable warranty. We, not Apple, handle any claim about Tucked In, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo and not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. The full Apple terms are in our company terms.

8. Changes to Tucked In

We keep improving Tucked In, which means features can change. We will not take away something you have paid for during the period you paid for without telling you, and if we ever shut down the live features, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app so you can export your household.

9. No warranty, and limits on our liability

Tucked In is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything that happens during a visit, including harm caused by a sitter, missed or late alerts, or information that was wrong or out of date. Our total liability for all claims about Tucked In is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Tucked In in the 12 months before the claim and fifty US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer where they cannot be waived.

10. Ending

You can stop using Tucked In at any time and delete your household from Settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Sections 2, 6, 9, and 11 continue after that.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Bristol County, Massachusetts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.

12. Changes to these terms, and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Tucked In after that means you accept it.
